Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee repair/maintenance of buildings, machinery, and equipment across assigned region
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for specialized maintenance services
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational expenditure
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics for regional leadership
- Lead emergency response protocols for critical equipment failures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance coordination experience in retail/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS) and MS Office
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize critical maintenance tasks
