Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned region.
- Lead, train, and motivate the local sales and operations team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across all local units.
- Manage key client relationships and resolve complex service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and regional growth metrics for executive management.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and inventory availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, regional operations, or a similar leadership role within the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Iloilo and surrounding areas.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
