Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and market share goals
- Monitor KPIs including sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers to enhance team capabilities and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns aligned with brand guidelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with 2+ years in regional leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Proficiency in retail management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to travel extensively within Jakarta region
