Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end facility management operations across Kuala Lumpur branches and corporate offices
- Develop and execute strategic facility maintenance plans aligned with regulatory requirements
- Manage multi-million MYR budgets while optimizing resource allocation and cost controls
- Lead a team of facility specialists through performance management and professional development
- Coordinate vendor relationships and service contracts for maintenance, security, and utilities
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs
- Respond to facility emergencies and crisis management situations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in facilities management with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing banking or corporate facility portfolios
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Advanced proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Exceptional budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments
