We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager (Sales) to lead our operations in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

Your primary mission will be to expand our market share in the steel building systems sector, manage key client relationships, and ensure that our sales team is fully equipped to exceed targets.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of regional management, including budget planning, performance monitoring, team development, and policy compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts, projects, and strategic partnerships within the construction industry.
- Ensure full compliance of all regional activities with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Manage the regional operating budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and position Dwightsteel as the partner of choice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales management experience, specifically within the construction, steel, or heavy building materials industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving regional business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Davao City, Davao del Sur, and the broader Mindanao region.
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Davao City.
