Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of operational management experience in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in regional operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, especially Sumatera region
