Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize process technology initiatives across APAC manufacturing sites
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Drive digital transformation in manufacturing through automation and IoT integration
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, GMP)
- Mentor and develop regional process engineering teams
- Collaborate with R&D on new product commercialization and scale-up
- Conduct process audits and implement corrective action plans
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years in process technology with 5+ years in leadership role
- Proven APAC regional experience with multinational exposure
- Expertise in process optimization and manufacturing automation
- Strong background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt certification)
- Experience with digital transformation projects (IIoT, AI in manufacturing)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of APAC regulatory environments and market dynamics
