- Develop and execute regional procurement strategies specifically for semiconductor materials.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
- Proven track record in supply chain risk analysis and mitigation.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Willingness to travel as required for business meetings and supplier visits.
