- Establish and maintain standardized project control systems across SEA operations
- Lead project setup processes for new initiatives in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
- Oversee cost control, schedule adherence, and risk management protocols
- Develop regional reporting frameworks for executive stakeholder communication
- Mentor and upskill project control teams on best practices
- Coordinate with regional heads to align control systems with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in project governance methodologies
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in project control/construction management with 3+ years in regional leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience implementing project controls in multi-country SEA environments
- Expertise in cost/scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management
