Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the regional Project Controls function, ensuring alignment with global standards and client expectations.
- Oversee cost management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large-scale programmes.
- Analyze project performance data using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to identify variances and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project controls professionals.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and commercial teams to integrate procurement and supply chain strategies.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting dashboards and KPIs to track project health and progress.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and present complex control data to senior executives clearly and concisely.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 3-5 years in a Senior Management or leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost control systems.
- Deep understanding of commercial management, asset management, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Chartered status (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced regional environment.
