Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of regional engineering projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for a Fortune 10 client to ensure project alignment with global standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project milestones.
- Coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to identify engineering requirements and optimize facility infrastructure.
- Implement health, safety, and quality control protocols across all assigned engineering sites.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and external vendors.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within a large-scale commercial or industrial environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects across the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of regional engineering codes, safety regulations, and building management systems.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive-level clients.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent project management certifications (PMP/Prince2) are highly desirable.
