Join YOFC International as a Regional Project Manager (FTTH) in Kalimantan and lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge fiber-to-the-home solutions across the region. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end FTTH projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with stringent quality and safety standards.
You'll oversee project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful project outcomes. As a key member of our project management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects that connect communities and drive digital transformation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end FTTH project execution in the Kalimantan region, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure coordinated project execution
- Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, budget status, and risk assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in FTTH or telecommunications infrastructure projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the telecommunications or construction industry
- Strong understanding of FTTH technologies, network infrastructure, and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
