Join Northland Controls as a Regional Project Manager (Physical Security) and lead transformative security initiatives across the Central Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for regional physical security installations
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and security specialists
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards through regular site inspections
- Implement risk mitigation protocols and ensure compliance with security regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for security components
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports, as-built drawings, and handover packages
- Act as primary client liaison for project updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in physical security or construction
- Proven expertise in CCTV, access control, and perimeter security systems
- Strong knowledge of regional security regulations and compliance standards
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel extensively within the Central Region
