Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional quality engineering strategies aligned with corporate objectives and international semiconductor industry standards
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers and specialists across multiple sites in the Asia Pacific region
- Establish robust quality management systems and ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and customer-specific requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to integrate quality engineering principles into product development and production processes
- Manage quality audits, both internal and external, and lead resolution of identified non-conformances
- Report on quality metrics and KPIs to executive leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality engineering within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of leading quality teams and managing regional operations across multiple countries
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Professional certifications such as ASQ CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with diverse cultural backgrounds
