- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth transition into the system.
- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs to ensure clients maximize the utility of our product suite.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify and communicate product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to resolve client inquiries and close deals.
- Track client health metrics and proactively address any concerns to ensure high retention rates.
- Drive the adoption of new features and upsell relevant financial solutions to expand account value.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or client success within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, software implementation processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client data and interactions.
