- Prospect and acquire new customers across Thailand's electronics components sector
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through strategic relationship management
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional market dynamics
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in Thailand
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in electronics/components industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of Thai market dynamics and regulations
- Fluency in Thai and English (verbal/written)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel domestically within Thailand as required
