You will be responsible for territory management, lead generation, and building long-term relationships within the Western Visayas market. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence in Western Visayas.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and safety solution consultations for key decision-makers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding fire safety codes, rescue equipment, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification and proposal generation to closing and post-sales support.
- Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and competitive intelligence to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent sales experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B or technical sales, preferably in industrial or safety equipment.
- Strong understanding of the Western Visayas business landscape and existing local professional networks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both English and local dialects.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Western Visayas region as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is an advantage.
