Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in channel development and sales management
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships in the renewable energy sector
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets, particularly Indonesia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to travel extensively across Southeast Asia
