We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Coordinator to oversee our operations in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our corporate strategy and our local retail presence, ensuring that our iconic fragrances continue to capture the hearts of every Filipino.
As a Regional Sales Coordinator, you will lead local sales initiatives, manage distributor relationships, and drive brand visibility across your territory. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities within the Northern Mindanao area.
- Provide regular training and coaching to retail staff to ensure high standards of product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels at all points of sale.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports for regional management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion locations to grow the Aficionado market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with regional partners, distributors, and key accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, territory management, or brand coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino/Local dialects.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bukidnon and surrounding areas.
