ANKH Executive Search is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Core & Digital Banking initiatives across the vibrant APAC region. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this is a pivotal leadership role based in Singapore, offering full ownership and autonomy over regional sales strategy and execution.
In this position, you will be responsible for driving the sales pipeline for critical banking infrastructure and digital transformation solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of the financial sector to identify high-value opportunities, close major deals, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate the complex regulatory and technological landscape of the banking industry in Southeast Asia and beyond.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Core & Digital Banking solutions across the APAC region to drive revenue growth.
- Report directly to the Global Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and provide regular strategic updates on market trends and pipeline health.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, bank directors, and decision-makers.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and account management.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct deep market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Core Banking, Digital Transformation, or Fintech solutions to major financial institutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing a regional sales team and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong network within the APAC banking industry and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level audiences.
- Fluency in English (mandatory), with additional local language skills a significant advantage.
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
