- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive market share in Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Manage and grow channel sales partnerships to ensure deep market penetration in the premium household segment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Oversee P&L performance for the region, ensuring profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders in the home improvement and health technology sectors.
- Implement data-driven sales processes and CRM methodologies to enhance lead conversion and pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership, specifically within the FMCG, home appliances, or water treatment industries.
- Proven track record of managing cross-border markets, specifically Malaysia and Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of channel sales distribution and B2B2C business models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performance sales organizations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable commercial strategies.
- Fluency in English and local languages relevant to the Malaysian and Indonesian markets (Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Indonesia preferred).
