Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team to optimize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with key distributors to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor regional sales metrics, analyze performance reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales operations and logistics to maintain optimal service levels.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store penetration and shelf visibility, providing actionable feedback to the regional team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership experience in FMCG sales or a similar consumer-driven industry.
- Deep understanding of the distribution network and retail landscape specifically within the Jawa Timur region.
- Strong proficiency in sales forecasting, budget management, and market data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel distribution partners and driving expansion.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English are preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
