Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team to optimize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with key distributors to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor regional sales metrics, analyze performance reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales operations and logistics to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store penetration and shelf visibility, providing actionable feedback to the regional team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership experience in FMCG sales or a similar consumer-driven industry.
  • Deep understanding of the distribution network and retail landscape specifically within the Jawa Timur region.
  • Strong proficiency in sales forecasting, budget management, and market data analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel distribution partners and driving expansion.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
