- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team through coaching and performance management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio through targeted market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the automotive or industrial sector
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel extensively within the Central Visayas region
- Fluency in English and local dialects
