- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets in mining or heavy industry
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with cross-cultural communication expertise
- Strategic planning and market development experience in Southeast Asia
