Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the retail or consumer goods industry in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating diverse sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated region to visit clients and retail outlets.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
