In this high-impact role, you will be the strategic backbone of our regional sales organization. You will be responsible for defining market entry strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical skills to translate market trends into actionable growth strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail partners and distributors within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the retail or consumer goods industry in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating diverse sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in sales tracking software and CRM tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated region to visit clients and retail outlets.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
