- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth targets across Thailand, Malaysia, and Philippines
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to drive performance and exceed KPIs
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key distributors, partners, and enterprise clients
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with product marketing to align sales initiatives with regional market needs
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive sales management experience in ASEAN region
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B technology/security sectors
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team development capabilities
- Deep understanding of ASEAN market dynamics and regulatory environments
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Thai or Tagalog highly advantageous
