Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years B2B sales experience with 5+ in management roles
- Proven track record in Southeast Asia's security/access control industry
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structuring
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams
- Fluency in English and regional languages (Thai/Bahasa Malaysia)
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
