- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Maluku province
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to exceed performance KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and competitor research
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and industrial clients
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for regional stakeholders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management
- Implement promotional campaigns aligned with regional consumer preferences and cultural nuances
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in sales management with proven track record in FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Maluku's commercial landscape and distribution networks
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in remote regions
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage complex B2B relationships
- Advanced proficiency in sales analytics and CRM systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strategic planning ability with experience in market penetration strategies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; regional language proficiency is advantageous
