We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth in the respiratory PPE sector. Good Job Creations is at the forefront of delivering innovative safety solutions across the dynamic markets of Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading regional market expansion, driving distribution strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and industrial sectors. You will oversee a high-performing sales team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our products reach the right customers effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for respiratory PPE solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new distribution channels and strategic partnerships across Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize product positioning.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure team alignment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales management, preferably within the medical, healthcare, or industrial safety (PPE) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales territory across multiple countries (Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Malay (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
