- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Southeast Asia
- Manage key accounts and build strategic partnerships with distributors and end-users
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Lead and mentor sales teams to drive performance and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align solutions with market needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of sales management experience in chemicals/additives industry
- Proven track record in PVC stabilizers or polymer additives markets
- Extensive knowledge of Southeast Asian business landscapes and regulatory environments
- Strong network of industry contacts in SEA region
- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages advantageous
