Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure peak performance in the field.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Conduct regular field visits to observe sales interactions and provide actionable coaching.
- Analyze regional sales performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards across the region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales reporting and tracking.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics within Jakarta Barat and surrounding areas.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and drive continuous improvement.
