Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets for Infinix smartphones
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners in the region
- Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure effective promotional campaigns in the region
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the smartphone or electronics industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian smartphone market and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and ability to interpret market data
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
