In this pivotal role, you will take charge of monitoring and securing our digital landscape across the Asia-Pacific region. As a Security Operations Analyst, you will act as the first line of defense, analyzing security events, mitigating risks, and ensuring business continuity. You will collaborate with global teams to enforce security best practices, conduct vulnerability assessments, and drive the continuous improvement of our Security Operations Center (SOC). Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect and respond to threats in real-time across the APAC region.
- Conduct daily log reviews and threat hunting activities to identify potential security vulnerabilities and anomalies.
- Respond to and remediate security incidents, ensuring comprehensive documentation and post-incident analysis.
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to implement security patches, configure firewalls, and enforce access controls.
- Perform regular security audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, and other regulatory standards.
- Develop and refine SOC playbooks and runbooks to streamline incident response processes.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff regarding security policies and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or as a Security Analyst.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Proficiency in using security tools such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, and SIEM platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting security status to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a diverse, global team environment.
