You will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with international engineering teams, and manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle across the APAC region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the regional operational performance of Google's global submarine cable network assets.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical service projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, finance, and network operations to drive infrastructure development.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency.
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Represent the regional team in global meetings, providing insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor and manage risk across submarine cable deployment and maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or service delivery within the subsea telecommunications or networking industry.
- Deep understanding of submarine cable systems, fiber optic infrastructure, and network architecture.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong background in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English with strong interpersonal skills for global stakeholder engagement.
