Carleton ES is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Software Engineer to join our Healthcare Manufacturing division based in Subang Jaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead regional post-sales software technical support and troubleshooting for Healthcare Manufacturing solutions across SEA.
- Provide expert-level diagnosis and resolution for complex software application and database integration issues.
- Collaborate with global R&D and product development teams to report bugs and suggest product enhancements based on client feedback.
- Manage on-site and remote software deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing client infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, support protocols, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Conduct high-level technical training sessions for end-users and regional partners to ensure optimal software utilization.
- Ensure all technical support activities comply with healthcare manufacturing regulations and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GAMP 5).
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively recommend software upgrades or optimizations to regional clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software support or development, ideally within the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, C#, and .NET frameworks; experience with MES or LIMS is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise-level software systems in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia (up to 30%) for on-site support and implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and data integrity standards in healthcare manufacturing.
