In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless operations by managing regional inventory levels, optimizing spare parts availability, and supporting our medical device service requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve service levels, and utilize advanced systems like SAP and CRM to maintain accurate records. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional spare parts replenishment strategies to meet service level targets.
- Monitor inventory health and analyze stock levels across the region to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to forecast demand and align inventory requirements.
- Utilize SAP and CRM systems to process orders, track shipments, and update inventory data accurately.
- Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and expedite shipments to critical service sites.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and performance reviews to identify process improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding parts availability, order status, and inventory KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in spare parts planning or inventory management, preferably in the Medical Devices or Engineering sector.
- Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems) and CRM software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse regional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced MNC environment with a focus on precision and reliability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
