As the Regional Senior Training and Quality Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement for our cutting-edge AI and data projects. This role demands a proactive leader who can strategize, execute, and inspire, contributing directly to Innodata's mission of delivering high-quality, intelligent data solutions to clients worldwide.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and oversee regional training and development strategies specifically tailored for AI/ML projects, data annotation processes, and operational excellence across the Asia region.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive quality management systems and frameworks (e.g., TQM, Six Sigma, ISO) to ensure the highest standards of delivery and operational excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of training and quality specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying performance gaps, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to align regional training and quality initiatives with overall business objectives and client requirements.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of training programs, and report on quality metrics to senior leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards, client requirements, and relevant industry regulations across all regional operations.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for regional training and quality projects, ensuring efficient and effective program delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TQM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in training and quality management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or regional management capacity within a fast-paced technology, BPO, or AI solutions environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs, particularly in AI, machine learning, data annotation, or complex technical processes.
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing, and managing robust quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks (TQM, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate remote or geographically dispersed teams across multiple cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and experience with quality management tools and reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of an organization and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within the Asia region as required to support various operational sites.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and modern instructional design principles.
