Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential client acquisitions within the assigned regional markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential partners, and high-value clients to foster long-term collaborations.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new deals and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and solutions.
- Monitor regional market performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent Eindec at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic business development, sales management, or a similar revenue-generating role, preferably within a regional context.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and successfully driving significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and close complex business deals and strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regional markets (Kulai, Johor, and surrounding areas).
