Join M Asia Distribution PTE LTD as a Regional Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager and spearhead our transformation from a sales-driven distribution model to a cutting-edge, data-driven supply chain ecosystem. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership to optimize regional demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations while driving efficiency across the Asia-Pacific market. You'll leverage advanced analytics to align inventory levels with market demand, reduce carrying costs, and enhance service delivery. The ideal candidate will champion continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations, and implement robust demand planning processes that position the company for sustainable growth in competitive logistics and distribution markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional demand planning strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze historical data and market intelligence to create accurate demand forecasts
- Optimize inventory levels across distribution centers to balance stock availability with cost efficiency
- Lead transformation initiatives to implement data-driven supply chain processes
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure supply chain alignment
- Monitor KPIs including service levels, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain resilience and responsiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain and demand planning with 3+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in demand planning software (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra, or similar)
- Proven experience transforming sales-driven operations to data-driven supply chains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market and operational data
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing industry within Asia-Pacific region
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in supply chain optimization techniques and inventory management strategies
