- Oversee regional supply chain planning operations across Asia to ensure optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, logistics) to integrate supply planning with business goals
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts to ensure supply continuity and negotiate favorable terms
- Lead supply chain optimization initiatives including inventory management, logistics coordination, and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across regional operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain planning with 3+ years in regional or Asia-focused roles
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain analytics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software
