Are you a passionate educator with a background in debt collection or financial services? Home Credit is looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our team in East Java. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the performance and development of our field collection teams.
As a Regional Trainer, you will translate operational strategies into high-impact training programs. You will spend your time on the ground, assessing skills, identifying performance gaps, and implementing targeted coaching interventions. Your goal is to ensure that every member of the collection team is equipped with the compliance knowledge, negotiation skills, and professional mindset required to achieve our operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute end-to-end training delivery for field collection officers across the East Java region.
- Conduct deep-dive skills-gap analyses to identify specific training needs for individual collectors and teams.
- Develop and refine training materials, ensuring alignment with current company policies, local regulations, and performance standards.
- Provide regular reporting on training effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to regional management.
- Collaborate closely with Operation Managers to align training initiatives with collection targets and operational goals.
- Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to boost negotiation skills and professional communication.
- Monitor the implementation of new collection strategies to ensure consistent application in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training or coaching, preferably within the Finance or Collection industry.
- Deep understanding of field collection methodologies and customer negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data to improve operational outcomes.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the East Java region.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English are a plus.
