Tanggung Jawab
- Design and conduct FLT (Forklift Truck) operation training programs for regional teams
- Develop training materials, assessments, and safety compliance documentation
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance through practical and theoretical assessments
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for training methodologies
- Ensure adherence to OHSAS 18001 and local safety regulations
- Coordinate with regional managers to align training with operational needs
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation
- Lead safety audits and incident response training
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in FLT operation and training certification
- OSHA/ISO 45001 safety compliance expertise
- Proven experience developing technical training curricula
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila region
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
- Forklift operation certification (e.g., RTITB, ITSSAR)
- Experience in warehousing/logistics industry preferred
