Home Credit is seeking a highly motivated Regional Trainer for Collection to join our team in West Java. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our field collection excellence, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and strategic mindset required to succeed.
As our Regional Trainer, you will not just deliver training; you will analyze performance gaps, align trainer methodologies across the region, and provide actionable insights that directly impact our collection metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and professionalism.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs tailored specifically for Field Collection agents to enhance recovery rates and customer interaction quality.
- Conduct regular skills-gap analysis to identify developmental needs within the West Java regional field teams.
- Standardize training delivery and ensure alignment among local trainers to maintain consistency in core messaging and operational standards.
- Develop and analyze training effectiveness reports, providing data-driven insights to management for performance optimization.
- Facilitate workshops on soft skills, objection handling, negotiation techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with regional operation managers to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and collection targets.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest product offerings, policy changes, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in a financial services, banking, or credit collection environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of collection processes, debt recovery strategies, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into effective training interventions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate large groups.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the West Java region as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
