Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review detailed civil engineering designs, structural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, and government agencies to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Monitor construction progress and provide on-site technical guidance to resolve engineering challenges.
- Analyze soil reports, topographical data, and material costs to ensure project feasibility and budget adherence.
- Prepare accurate project reports, status updates, and documentation for internal and stakeholder review.
- Ensure all engineering practices align with environmental standards and local building ordinances.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (Board Passer).
- Proven experience in infrastructure design or site supervision is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Building Codes, DPWH standards, and local construction regulations.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Must be willing to report on-site in Quezon City.
