Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and analyze technical specifications for all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) project packages.
- Prepare comprehensive recommendations for material procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising structural integrity.
- Manage end-to-end contract administration for interior fit-out projects, from bidding to final turnover.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with contractual agreements and material quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical bottlenecks and supply chain issues.
- Review project cost estimates and ensure that procurement schedules align with master construction timelines.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and technical documentation for executive review.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in construction contracts, procurement, or project estimation.
- Strong background in CSA works and interior fit-out requirements for high-rise or commercial developments.
- Expertise in interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Proficient in MS Office suite and construction project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
