Are you a Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) with a passion for renewable energy? Novatek I.T. Services is looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in Davao City. In this role, you will play a critical part in the transition to sustainable energy by overseeing the successful installation, testing, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the installation and commissioning of residential and commercial solar PV systems.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies prior to installation.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure peak operational performance.
- Supervise onsite installation teams to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for project management.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from start to finish.
- Stay updated with the latest solar technology advancements and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
- Proven professional experience in solar PV system design and installation.
- In-depth knowledge of local electrical codes, standards, and safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting complex electrical circuits and system faults.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments, including rooftop or construction site settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a technical team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Davao City.
