Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students addressing academic, personal, social, and career development concerns
- Develop and implement comprehensive guidance programs aligned with institutional learning objectives
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform intervention strategies
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive academic environment
- Organize and facilitate career guidance workshops, orientation programs, and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation of counseling sessions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in guidance counseling
- Refer students to appropriate support services when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Guidance Counselor with valid license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Guidance Counseling, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in educational counseling, preferably in higher education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and ethical standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse students, faculty, and staff
- Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation of counseling sessions
