Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations including circulation, acquisitions, and cataloging of print/digital resources
- Provide specialized research assistance and reference services to students and faculty
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and academic resource workshops
- Maintain library databases and ensure accurate metadata management
- Coordinate collection development aligned with curriculum needs and academic trends
- Supervise library staff and student assistants while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with faculty to support course-specific resource requirements
- Oversee library technology systems and digital resource platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) librarian license
- Minimum 2 years academic library experience preferred
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and digital resource platforms
- Strong research methodology and information retrieval skills
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse academic stakeholders
- Knowledge of library cataloging standards (RDA, MARC)
- Experience in developing information literacy programs
