Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily library operations including circulation, acquisitions, and resource management
- Provide expert research assistance and reference services to students and faculty
- Develop and maintain the library's physical and digital collections
- Implement cataloging systems for books, journals, and multimedia resources
- Manage library databases and ensure seamless access to online resources
- Organize information literacy workshops and orientation sessions
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum resource needs
- Maintain a conducive learning environment in the library space
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or Information Science
- Valid professional librarian license (Philippine Librarianship Board)
- Minimum 2 years of academic library experience
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, Libris)
- Strong research methodology and information retrieval skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with digital resource management and e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of current library science trends and best practices
