You'll curate and manage our extensive collection of learning resources, ensuring students and faculty have seamless access to books, digital materials, and research databases. Your work will directly support curriculum excellence through collaborative partnerships with faculty, resource acquisition aligned with academic needs, and innovative information literacy programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations including circulation, cataloging, and resource organization
- Provide comprehensive research and reference support to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement library collection development policies aligned with academic needs
- Conduct information literacy workshops and research skills training sessions
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into curriculum delivery
- Oversee library technology systems including digital resource platforms
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to increase library engagement
- Manage library budgets and resource acquisition processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or related field
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) librarian license
- Minimum 2 years experience in academic library settings
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, Alma)
- Strong research methodology and information retrieval skills
- Excellent communication and instructional abilities
- Knowledge of cataloging standards (AACR2, RDA)
- Experience with digital resource management and e-learning platforms
